I love teaching Dru Yoga and Meditation and am passionate about creating positive change in people's lives. I offer Yoga, Yoga dance and Meditation classes and workshops in Chester, both in person and online.

I am a well qualified, registered, insured and very experienced teacher, having taught Dru Yoga and meditation classes in Chester for over 16 years, and meditated myself for 25+ years.
Through extensive study I bring a deep understanding of Energy healing , Ancient wisdom teachings and Yoga philosophy to my classes. I like to give you insights into the deeper benefits you gain from my teaching as I believe these insights empower you.
With a background and Degrees in Physical Education and Nutrition and 30 years experience in Stress management

Dru Yoga opens your heart chakra and encourages the subtle energy or vitality in your body to flow through specific energy block release exercises as well as traditional yoga postures. I include many sequences of Yoga postures that flow together like the Sun Salutation, a grounding Earth Sequence, a Self-Empowerment orVitality sequence. These are a bit like a combination of Yoga and Tai Chi .
Dru yoga connects you to a point of stillness within, allowing you to step into All That You Are, expressing your unique, authentic self to create a life you love that flows with abundance.
